Yes, although superficially Philip does not have a great deal of those left in his current state and I couldn't give a good overview of his "general" desires, so to speak, so he'd be more of a case-by-case basis, depending on his exact situation/mood at any given point in time.
Can Crowley tempt your character? Generally yes, though it depends on the consequences. A night of binge drinking will probably be fine, a night of mass slaughter I'll have to contemplate before playing out. So basically, please consult for "weightier" temptations.
