Can Crowley sense your character's desires? Susan's general desires are usually pretty easy to identify, unholy talent for it or not, so yeah, I'd say he probably can. (Really, even her deepest darkest desires are...pretty obviously up front. I'm pretty sure anyone could figure them out and Crowley's got all those years of practice. He won't know why, of course, but when has that ever made a difference, amirite?)
Can Crowley tempt your character? Seeing as Susan can be talked into most things with a reasonable argument, yeah, probably. He won't be able to maneuver her into anything she's not already (somewhat) in favor of, or anything really overtly huge, but he could probably play merry havoc with her otherwise. (Unless, of course, it violates her delicate Edwardian sensibilities and/or those chocolates have nougat in them.)
PS: I totally encourage him playing merry havoc with her if the mood strikes him.
