Crowley is a demon, which means that temptation is pretty much his game. And considering he was once the snake that tempted Eve, he's pretty damn good at it. This means that, among other typical demon powers, he can sense desires and can also, if he sets his mind to it, tempt people by lowering their inhibitions and making them more open to suggestion.
Since this, moreso than his other demonic powers, can veer into godmodding/infomodding territory, here's a permissions post! Let me know the following in the comments:
*Can Crowley sense your character's desires? Note: these tend to be superficial desires and less so deep dark secret desires--though he can figure the latter out if he concentrates enough.
*Can Crowley tempt your character? This can be anything from tempting someone to break a diet to tempting them to infidelity.

To give up
Less consciously: his best friend.
Tempting: Go for it! He's pretty used to being supernaturally influenced so if it's blatant he might catch on eventually, but at first he'll be completely unaware and unable to resist.
